Measuring Your Safety Quotient

This scale helps individuals reflect on how they typically behave when insecurity is present.

It is not a judgment tool.

It is an awareness tool. 🌱

🌡️ How To Use The Scale

For each statement, rate yourself:

1 = Rarely true

2 = Sometimes true

3 = Often true

4 = Almost always true

Answer honestly based on recent real experiences.
