Measuring Your Safety Quotient
This scale helps individuals reflect on how they typically behave when insecurity is present.
It is not a judgment tool.
It is an awareness tool. 🌱
🌡️ How To Use The Scale
For each statement, rate yourself:
1 = Rarely true
2 = Sometimes true
3 = Often true
4 = Almost always true
Answer honestly based on recent real experiences.
