Absolutely.


Today, we're gonna tackle Joey's Theory.


Oh, that's a fascinating one.


Yeah, I found it really interesting. I'm excited to actually talk about it with you, because I've been reading it all week.


Yeah.


But it'll be interesting to get your take. Yeah. So for those who don't know, JT, Joey's Theory is all about kind of reframing how we think about strength, and even like negative emotions.


And it all started from a cockatoo, is that right?


Yeah, I know.


Like a rescued cockatoo, named Jody?


Yeah, it was developed by Nina Fitzgerald based on like her experiences, and so we have a bunch of notes and like articles that she wrote, some interviews and things like that. So we'll be pulling from all that. Awesome.


Yeah, so this one is going to be kind of a paradigm shift, so get ready. Definitely. So one of the core ideas of JT is that all behaviours are different levels of insecurity.


And then it goes on to say that love is like the complete lack of insecurity.


So the opposite end of that spectrum.
