JT guided meditation ❤️: Anchored in Love, Security & Calm

Duration: ~15 minutes


Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes if safe. Take a deep, slow breath in… and exhale fully. Feel your body supported by the earth, fully held.


Softly, in your mind or out loud, repeat: "I move through the world anchored in love, secure in my being, and present with calm."


(Pause 10–15 seconds)


[Step 1: Grounding in Safety – 2 min]


Bring awareness to your body. Feel points of contact with the earth or chair. Notice any tension, tightness, or areas that feel unsupported.

Let it become the rhythm of your body, the quiet heartbeat of your mind. Notice how love settles insecurity. Feel calm becoming your default frequency.

Take a final, deep breath. Let the warmth, love, and security fill every cell. Gently wiggle fingers and toes. When ready, open your eyes.
