Dousing the flames of insecurity 🔥❤️💧💙

Waking up in the night and having insecure thoughts slip into your mind is common.


Here are some methods of regaining secure thinking.


  1. ”Letting go, let in god / universe.”


    Repeating this phrase with slow deep breathing can interrupt and replace the insecurity spiral.


  1. Visualise your insecure thinking as a certain stage of a campfire, eg roaring, just catching light, etc. Then see yourself putting the campfire out with a hose or a bucket of water. See the embers and charcoal being cooled and extinguished, turning from red to black, then see a baby tree emerging from it,
